Percolate
From 2012-2014 I was a product designer at Percolate Industries. Percolate is a Social Media management software. As a designer there, I worked across multiple platforms including web and mobile to create a beautiful and highly usable experience for clients, including many Fortune 500 companies. I led design on the media team, my responsibilities included research and development, client and stakeholder interviews, sketching, wireframes, prototyping, UX/UI, visual design, feature announcements and presentations. Let's talk Process
When adding new features to the Percolate toolset, multiple stages of design work were completed before it was ready for the engineering team. This was referred to as Start to Finish design. Projects were started with documentation; feature sets, scopes and briefs written by designers and PMs. User stories, client and stakeholder interviews were completed. Sketches, wireframes, prototypes followed. Once approved, content was built out, styled and passed off to the engineering team. Below you’ll find the process for an update to the Media Library.
